k, so i'm an idiot

seems i set the post font color the same as the background.  that's what i get for trying to get all fancy.
the take-home message is that, at the end of the day, or what have you, design templates are there for a reason.  best to leave the fancy schmancy stuff to the design-y peeps and focus instead on publishing the sundry bits that dribble out of my head.  priorities.

 also, movie popcorn is yummy but not nearly worth the bits that get stuck in my gums.  15 years ago, my dentist informed me that I have a good-size gap between my teeth and gums.  i threw caution to the wind on saturday whilst watching kung fu panda 2 (i heart jack black) and i continue to spit out bits of popcorn.

and remember: if life gives you melons, you're probably dyslexic.
